• Label and tag printers

  Label and tag printers are divided according to their application into desktop and industrial printers.

  Desktop printers of smaller sizes use label rolls up to a diameter of 127 mm and are designed for regular work loads. They are usually used in offices, warehouses, but also in smaller production facilities.

  Industrial printers have larger dimensions, a more robust construction, and are prepared for large volumes of label printing in larger facilities. The printer can usually accommodate larger rolls of labels.

  All our printers allow for thermal printing (the label darkens by heating, and no additional consumables are used) and thermal transfer printing (a colouring thermal transfer ribbon is also inserted into the printer, from which the dye is transferred to the label).

• Thermal transfer ribbons for roll label printing

  Thermal transfer ribbons for label printing. Insert the ribbon into the printer and heat the print head to transfer the ink to the label at the printing point. Depending on the material to be printed and the required durability, ribbons of different materials are used:

  • wax ribbons are ideal for most paper labels
  • premium wax ribbons with resin admixture are suitable for paper labels and have increased abrasion resistance
  • wax-resin ribbons are compatible with most plastic labels in addition to paper labels
  • resin ribbons with high durability are suitable for coated paper and plastic labels

  For optimal print results, perfect alignment of the ribbon type and the printed substrate is crucial.

  Price gun for printing and applying price labels. Price guns are used not only to print prices, but also dates or various production codes.
