Information on Shipment and Shipping Date

 

When will we ship your order?

Items marked “in stock” are usually shipped within 1–2 working days after payment is received and via the selected carrier. On the day of shipment, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

For items that are not in stock (printed labels or custom-made label sizes), the delivery date depends on the nature of the item ordered and can range from one to three weeks. These items are marked as “custom” in the e-shop. The approximate delivery date will be communicated to you in the order confirmation that we send after processing the order in the system. 

What is the shipping price?

You can see the shipping price of your order during the ordering process. The price includes all costs associated with shipping. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight and price of the order.

How are the goods packed?

We always try to pack your goods in such a way to have them well protected during transport. In the case the shipment is accepted with damaged goods, it is very important to take a photo documentation of the damage and contact us.

Where can we deliver your order?

You can select the available delivery countries and carriers for your order in the shopping basket. We deliver almost all over the European Union.

Countries we deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the areas listed below), Sweden.

Countries we do not deliver to: Cyprus, Malta, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla.

The carrier reserves the right not to deliver shipments to certain islands. If your order cannot be shipped, we will inform you and refund your payment for the order.

Did you receive incorrect goods?

Your shipments undergo multiple checks during the picking and packing process. Still, things can go wrong. If you receive incorrect goods, please contact us as soon as possible. Ideally, send us photos of the goods delivered right away. We will do our best to deliver the right items quickly.
