Information about shipping and payment
When will we ship your order?
Items marked “in stock” are usually shipped within 1 working day after payment is received and via the selected carrier. On the day of shipment, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
For items that are not in stock (printed labels or custom-made label sizes), the delivery date depends on the nature of the item ordered and can range from one to three weeks. These items are marked as “custom” in the e-shop. The approximate delivery date will be communicated to you in the order confirmation that we send after processing the order in the system.
How can you pay for your order?
We offer a wide range of payment methods. Choose the one that suits you best.
Credit Card: After placing your order, you will be redirected to a payment gateway that supports VISA, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro.
Google Pay, Apple Pay: Payment methods included in the payment gateway.
Bank Transfer: Payment via a proforma invoice (we will send the invoice as soon as possible after processing your order during our business hours).
PayPal
Cash on Delivery: Pay the courier in cash or by credit card upon delivery (available only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia).
Where can we deliver your order and what are the shipping costs?
We deliver to almost the entire European Union. You can choose the carrier depending on the destination country.
The shipping cost for your order is displayed during the checkout process. The price includes all costs associated with shipping. The shipping fee is determined based on the total weight and value of the order. The table shows the basic shipping fee for a package up to 10 kg. The shipping fee for heavier packages will be displayed in the cart.
