Production of labels

We have a comprehensive standard range of labels that we keep in stock at all times. If you use other labels, we also have a wide range of production options:

Label dimensions:

We can produce labels of regular and irregular shapes. Labels can be rectangular, square, circular, elliptical or the label format can be adapted to the shape of the product.

We also produce sheet labels using laser cutting technology, where any shape of the label can be produced and no cutting tools are needed.

Materials:

We have matt, semi-gloss, gloss, signal and other self-adhesive papers available for label production. We also have white, transparent and silver foils made of various materials such as polyester, polyethylene or polypropylene. Further, we have non-adhesive cartons (for tags and tickets), silver and gold metallic papers, thermal materials, security, multi-layer and other materials for special applications.

Adhesives:

The materials can also be combined with a wide range of permanent (permanent adhesives), removable (peelable) and special adhesives.

Print:

Labels can be supplied with printing in up to eight colours, printing of the underlying material, printing into the adhesive, hot or cold embossing, holograms, metallic colours, elimination of the adhesive, various protective elements, e.g., with printing in “invisible” ink or printing in heat-reactive ink.

For each job, the optimal printing technology is selected according to its size, colour and label application. 

Surface treatment:

Labels are available without varnish, with full varnish or with partial varnish. If high durability is required, they can be laminated.

Final finish:

Labels can be supplied on rolls, on sheets, folded or cut into individual labels. It is possible to produce labels with longitudinal, transverse or edge perforations or with various cuts.
